Process Technician (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
– Setting up each tool prior to a scheduled run, ensuring process parameters are met and part quality is acceptable
– Proposing and implementing continuous improvement actions in close relation to production, maintenance, engineering, development, and quality departments
– Participating in the development of the LEAN manufacturing program
– Taking part in the development and implementation of new processes for future products
– Participating in training to increase skills
– Reports directly to Process Managers

Here’s what you can bring to the team:
– Completed Bachelor’s degree or a degree in mechanical or maintenance engineering
– Having practiced in LEAN manufacturing is appreciated and considered a plus
– 2-5 years of experience in an industrial environment is a plus
– Must have a process approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
– Self-starter able to work with limited supervision to maintain process quality
– Able to set up and maintain quality production standards
– Ability to perform mathematical calculations associated with processing parameters
– Strong communication skills
– Experience in the automotive industry
– Fluency in English or French, and German is an advantage
– Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
